WEB / MOBILE DEVELOPER - BANDUNG 11

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent English communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about building quality web/apps, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Please note our working hour is 5 AM - 2 PM.

SCOPE OF THE POSITION

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will contribute to our innovative ways of producing and supporting our software and services. This includes:

• Developing new functionality and services on our existing software products
• Maintain and improve current systems
• Create and work with Database Components and Interfaces
• Build business services and APIs
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Engage in code-reviews, planning, design and technical discussions
• Liaising with a team of developers, designers and the project manager in an agile development environment

Additionally, the role will require the developer to be proficient in understanding the full stack of Redback’s platforms.  This will require working knowledge of:

• Server (Linux and Windows), network, and hosting environments (AWS, Citrix/VMWare)
  Relational (MSSQL/MySQL) databases
• How to interact with APIs and the external world
• User interface and user experience
• Quality assurance
• Security
• Understanding customer and business needs

What you definitely need!

• An insatiable passion for development
• Strong .NET/C#/Webform or PHP/Python with WebAPI/GraphQL and MVC development experience, including core language, coding environment, frameworks and
• Microsoft SQL Server with triggers and stored procedure
• At least some front-end web development experience with a SPA framework such as AngularJS or ReactJS

Not necessary, but good to have:

• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS
• Knowledge of Virtual Machine infrastructure such as VM and docker
• Have experience building .NET SaaS products that make use of large scale distributed systems.
• Have walked the road of modernising legacy codebases and cloud migrations.
• Constantly strive to hit the right balance between simplicity and flexibility.
