VICE PRINCIPAL (WAKIL KEPALA SEKOLAH) FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL

Responsibilities:

• Able provide positive leadership, motivate colleagues and serve as a role model to teachers and students.
• Understand and implement the vision and mission of the school.
• Assist Principal in develop yearly school improvement and curricular plans, implement, monitor and evaluate in order to meet requirements and targets.
• Familiar with all district/province and state requirements and ensure that schools are in compliance with the requirements.
• Familiar with National and Cambridge curricula. Knowledge of other International curricula (such as Islamic) is an advantage.
• Create a positive school environment and maintain or implement an effective discipline plan to create a safe environment for students and teachers.
• Assist Principal in monitoring and evaluating teachers in a fair and objective manner.  
• Assist Principal in manage harmonious relationship with colleagues, stakeholders and government.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully.
• Assist Principal in manage day to day operations of the school.

Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old.
• Graduated from reputable University with master degree majoring Education or English.
• Minimum 3 year working experience as principal or vice principal from SPK school.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills, able to put effective and efficient system in place and produce accurate and timely reporting.
• Good leadership, discipline, loyal, strong integrity, highly motivated and available to work extra hours within limits.
• Able to operate computer and IT savvy.
• Able to speak and write English fluently.
• Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
