across the group and for Indonesia in 2021. In order to support this growth strategy, we are now looking to identify and recruit experienced Telemarketing Agents to work with the Telemarketing Manager to consistently achieve the required targets and budgets
within our domestic business.

The Person

- Has commitment to continually deliver individual monthly targets.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Demonstrable proven success in a previous Telesales / Telemarketing / Sales roles.
- A passion for self-learning and career development.
- Has a never say no attitude.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have 2+ Years’ experience as an Outbound Telesales / Telemarketing agent.
- Be able to plan / implement and achieve targets.
- Must know how to be a successful Telesales Agent with a Money is my Goal mindset.
- Understand the Value of High Levels of Call Activity.
- Must have strong task management skills.
- Able to get to work on time.
- Must be able to work the required number days in the week to achieve success in the role.
