SUPERVISOR INTERNATIONAL SALES

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree From any major
  
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Export Sales and Marketing Fields
• English Fluently
• Required Skill(s): Export Sales, Direct Sales, Trade & Marketing
• Preferably Supervisor specialized in Sales/Business Development/Export Sales or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication for both Bahasa and English
• Self starter and have a strong analytical ability sharp, initiative, and accuracy is a must. Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong knowledge in Export Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Spreadsheet and power points

Job Responsibility :

• Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries
  
• To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching customers needs and requirements
• To ensure that existing client are retained and maintained while developing new customers
• To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
• To take initiative and effort to develop a constructive and effective solution to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
• To constantly review distributor/wholesaler sales performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
