- Preparing and maintaining corporate documents, licenses and permits
- Preparing and review contracts with clients, business partners and vendors
- Conducting research including data and information collection for any legal action needed
- Maintaining the validity of agreements with clients, business partners and vendors
- Providing legal advice and analysis to be presented to company's management
- Bachelor of Laws from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years working in legal services (corporate or law firm)
- Excellent skill in contract drafting (Indonesian and English)
- Excellent understanding in company law, business law, labor law and private law
- Excellent understanding company licenses and permits
- Excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- Good command in English and computer literate
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
