Key Responsibilities:
- Able to provide proactive communication to internal and external on risk or issues
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Collaborate and Develop operational improvements with internal team
- Identify and implement areas for improvement to ensure improved service quality and best practice delivery
- Lead and manage the coordination of variation and other change request response and implementation of approved changes
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Requirements:
- Hold minimum a bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Have certified Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an advantage
- Have minimum 3 years working experiences in the similar position
- Has interest and passion in information technology
- Understand IT Services, Operations, and/or infrastructure support services
- A strong personality (verbal and written communicator between internal and external)
- Understand technically Microsoft Product such as Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
- Understand Network, Security and Compliance
- Strong in analytical skill and detail oriented
- Proven in leadership skill
