JOB SUMMARY :
- Creating and growing sales numbers, on fleet segment (B2B).
- Directly contributing on expanding the business by provide insights competition on fleet segment (B2B).
- Develop & implementation of demand forecast, operations, leveraging plans - customizing it for all region and subsequently implemented.
- Developing activity program plan within company's goal and budget and achieve the sales target.
- Manage the implementation of distribution channeling through distributor or direct to end user.
- Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume.
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Bachelor Degree any major
- Language: English Intermediate Level
- Experience: 5 years in sales & marketing field of the commercial or fleet segment automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of the lubricant or spare part market in general
- Have a Driving License (SIM A)
