JOB SUMMARY :
- Responsible for managing, monitoring, motivating, and advising sales team to improve their performance and to achieve the sales target
- Carry out the joint visit with the sales team
- Build and maintain a relationship with customers
- Perform good communication and coordination with BOD, other departments, and subordinates
- Create annual sales budget and to achieve sales budget through effective planning, SWOT Analysis, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting for future performance
- Other related tasks
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering major
- Language: English Intermediate Level
- Experience: 5 years as Sales Manager in Water Waste/Water Treatment Industry
- Have a Driving License (SIM A)
