Responsibilities :

• Work in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 protocols.
• Building close relations with customers.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, monthly sales revenue and generate timely sales reports.
• Manage main sales activities & strategy, market research and sales to achieve the company's target.
• Keeping up to date with new products and competitors by doing Market research and work together with Flavour Application Team.
• Present to the customer with our new products.
• Review periodically the sales performance and sales activities to ensure the consistency of the Corporate Sales target.
• Manage/lead and give motivation to the teammates and keep a good relationship with business partner.
• Constantly providing productive and constructive feedback on how the company and sales to achieve higher goals.

Requirements :

• Professionally dress & good character.
• Max. 35 years old.
• English proficient. Mandarin (Bonus).
• Aggressive with career-minded.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Science / Business / Arts and etc.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Building relationship, Negotiation, Communication skill, Meeting sales goals and Presentation skill.
• Min. 2 (two) years of working experience in the Food Manufacturing / Raw Material / Food Processing Machinery / Chemicals.
• Experience in sales to the F&B Supplier: Horeca / Bakery / Food Service ( B2B)
  are welcome.
• Have a Car Driving License ( Sim A ).
• Ready to drive interstate (Antar Jawa) for customer visits.
