JOB SUMMARY :
- Cooperate with Marketing or Sales team to know consumers' needs for products
- Testing and checking the taste and texture of products
- Monitoring and making sample
- Development activities concerned with the chemical, biological and physical nature of food in order to evaluate and improve the quality of existing products and related processes
- Develop new products and processes effectively defining and meeting key sensory attributes
- Other tasks related with this position
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Bachelor Degree Food Technology or related major
- Language: Japanese Intermediate Level (JLPT N3). English Intermediate Level
- Experience: 1-2 years as R&D Staff in FMCG Industry
- Solid knowledge of food safety and production
