Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspection
- Quality Control
- Preparation of Daily Reports / Monthly Reports
- Coordinate the Works
- Design Documentation Review
- Review Contractor’s submission
- Review Contractors Progress Claims
- Review Contractors Variation Claims
- Prepare Inspection and Test Plans
- To meet the clients expectations in terms of quality, budget and programme
- Co-ordination and management of the Client’s consultants, contractors and suppliers
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in Structural/Civil Engineering or Architecture
- MEP Project Manager graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Conversant in written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Project
- Self-motivated, able to work individually and as part of a team
