SUMMARY :
- Reporting the work activity to Director
- Organize and coordinate all Water Treatment Plant workforce so that they can work together, help each other and work together in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of each section.
- Coordinate with external parties and related parties in order to support the smooth operation of the Water Treatment Plant.
- Ensure the amount of electricity production from the Water Treatment Plant that is exported outside is in accordance with what is targeted by Management.
- Maintain operational stability of the Water Treatment Plant.
- Other related tasks
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Bachelor Degree Engineering major
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin. English Business Level
- Experience: 4 years as Plant Manager
- Preferably have experience in Environment Industry such as water and wastewater treatment project
- Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge/technical skill to junior professionals, and to motivate and lead teams
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well independently and in team environments
- Willing to work at Medan (Binjai)
