HEAVY EQUIPMENT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 (preferably Binus, Atmajaya, UPH, Untar, Trisakti, other reputable universities).
• Maximum 40 years old.
• 10 years experiences of managing Heavy Equipment and active in the Industry.
• Held Managerial Position in previous/existing job.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Indonesian preferred or have experience working in Indonesia.
• Have a knowledge of existing regulations with Heavy Equipment.
• Have an understanding of Heavy Equipment Handling and Maintenance program.
• Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.
• Initiative, proactive and dynamic person.

Responsibilities:

• Take over and lead existing Heavy Equipment division and create detailed organization structure.
• Responsible for all Heavy Equipment in the company and provide biweekly reporting to top management.
• Develop detailed Heavy Equipment allocation schedule for various project, liaising with various project managers. Allocation schedule should be reported on biweekly basis to top management.
• Responsible for preparing maintenance program for all equipment and inform status of schedule to top management.
• Develop Material control procedure for spare parts at project site and off hire site.
• Liaise with finance for internal costing of Heavy Equipment rental to projects.
• Develop new program to run Heavy Equipment more efficiently.
• Develop off hire laydown of Heavy Equipment and proper storage plan for critical component of Heavy Equipment.
