Our client is a leading Energy player in Indonesia. A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they are a premium brand in the industry. As a result of ambitious plans they are expanding their business in Jakarta. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Head of BD who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business
Description
- Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations towards the management team
- Negotiate and structure financial details
- Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
- Prepare legal documents and prospectuses
- Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations
Profile
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred
- A minimum of 5 years experience in within Consultancy/Advisory/Corporate finance related industry
- Ideally you should start your career from a service industry before moving into the real sector
- Excellent communication / presentation / influencing skills
- Outstanding analytical skills and strategic thinking, with pro-active, independent, and strong leadership in driving project execution
- Ability to do multi-tasking and problem solving
- Willing to work in detail, as well as ability to see and communicate the broader company strategy
