Our client is a conglomerate finance company.
Job Description:
- Overseeing daily operation of accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting and finance operation departments.
- Managing all financial including derivative transactions.
- Overseeing preparation and reviewing result of financial reporting.
- Overseeing preparation and reviewing result of budgeting and management reporting.
- Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
- Analyzing financial data and reviewing financial reports.
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
- Coordinating internal and external audit processes.
- Assuring that legal and regulatory documents are field and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities for the division and the company, coordinating with Risk Department.
- Develop the people and organization of departments under his/her supervision.
- Work well with CEO,CFO and CMO in developing strategic plan, as well as in making high-level decisions.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline, master degree or MBA will be an advantage.
- Preferably with 5+ years of public accounting background in addition to work in commercial sector.
- Strong financial and accounting background, and experienced in financial and management reporting, taxation, budgeting and treasury.
- Experience in corporate strategy and knowledge in IT will be plus points.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegative.
