Head of Marketing will be in charge in identifying, formulating, and executing marketing plan for a luxury lifestyle property. This role will be targeting Indonesian market as a target group for most of its marketing activities.

In the light of expanding its market-share and strong position within Indonesian domestic market, this client has made the Head of Marketing role available. This role is opened to be filled by an experienced professional with a strong and proven marketing record. The Head of Marketing will be the main contact person of the company to understand the market and is projected to be able to match markets needs alligned with the products and services offered.
Description
The Head of Marketing role has some key responsibilities as listed below:
- Identify, position, and develop marketing agenda including its set measurements across different marketing channels for the brand.
- Analyze the insights, trends, and overall market performance in order to formulate the best practices for producing successful marketing strategies
- Be responsible of the marketing activities execution from the beginning to the end, and aligning the campaign with internal teams and drive team collaboration in the company
- Maximize customer awareness through optimization of direct and indirect marketing practices including digital media, endorsement, etc.
- Able to produce marketing campaigns/materials for targeting the segmented costumer group
Profile
This role is open for Indonesian candidates and based in Bali. For you to be a successful applicant, you need to have a demonstrated track record in marketing for luxury and well-respected lifestyle brand. We are looking for a candidate who is fully aware and understand Indonesian domestic market with a great motivation to embodied the value of the company as a lifestyle brand. In addition the candidate should be:
- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably from 5* hospitality companies
- Strong and rounded understanding of Indonesian leisure market
- Demonstrate an ability to produce marketing materials for both online and offline marketing channels
- Ability to execute and manage an end-to-end marketing process to achieve certain objectives for targeted market
