    Roles and Responsibility:

    • Processing PO on E-procurement system by LKPP (coordination with ASC and distributor as well, from receive order until issued final PO)
    • Communicate and coordinate with all distributors regarding PO
    • Giving response and communicate with all customers regarding E-Catalogue PO, after confirmation with distributors
    • Receive customers complain regarding their e catalogue PO
    • Give monthly report to GM Sales & Marketing and respective Manager about update E-Catalogue data sales
    • Update E-catalogue customer database
    • Support sales team and marketing team for their activity
    • Provide Update information in daily basis regarding E-catalogue PO to PTTI Sales Team and distributor

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
    • Minimum 3 years experienced in the same position
    • Detail oriented
    • Fluent in English, both in written and oral
    • Good communication skills
    • Detail Oriented
    • Computer literate
