Responsibilities:
- Make Bill of Lading, Booking, Shipping Instruction, ETC.
- Good proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
- Has strong knowledge and experienced in Sea Freight. Is Confident, responsible, motivated, and able to work in a team.
- Answers incoming calls, greets customer and provides timely responses to customer inquiries related to product and service orders, delivery and pricing
Requirements:
- Education background minimum D-3.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding company.
- Capable to operate PC under window.
- Good in problem solving and work as one team.
- Able to work under pressure.
