- Min. 3 years as Area Sales Manager,
- Min. S1 all majors or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Building materials with project based.
- Knowledge in infrastructure market is preferred.
- Technical sales, organization experience, and SPV with lead team is preferred.
Job desc:
- Search for new government projects that have good potential to increase market share and achieve predetermined targets.
- Receive orders from customers and deliver them to business partners to ensure that orders submitted can be fulfilled.
- Carry out database documentation, analysis, and evaluation of projects that have been followed to serve as a basis for consideration in decision making (whether to be involved again or not) and service improvement.
- Develop a database of business partners who are willing to be involved in government projects so that product orders can be fulfilled.
- Evaluate and improve services to third parties to increase loyalty and ensure the achievement of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
- Salary: 10 -15 million gross
- Benefit: THR 2X salary, BPJS, health insurance, Medical claims, assistance with childbirth until the 3rd child.
