The Opportunity
To Work closely with Bank Partner, Responsible for managing Sales Team and Build good relationship with Bank Partner to ensure the
business running well
What We are Looking for
- Experience talent in sales with minimum year of work 3 years managing insurance sales in specific bancassurance distribution
- Fully understand the sales flow of bancassurance distribution
- A person with strong partnership distribution knowledge and experience
- A person with a combination of sales and strategic management include capability in reporting
- A person with good interpersonal skill and networking
- A deal maker, capable to create sales by influence to all the relation unit to the business
- A strong driven person, and achiever
What are nice to have?
- Experienced at past work as (ABDM)
- Experience worked for multinational companies
On the Job You Will
- Manage Strategic & Planning for Partnership Distribution
- Understand AJMI overall Vision and Goals to execute and implement detail Sales Activity Strategy
- Work with Bank Partner Key Person to make sure the business running on track
- Ensure Sales Manager & Salesperson doing the strategy based on activity planning
- Analyze Sales Activity Indicator in region and offer Regional Strategy and Solution to Bank Partner
- Manage Day to Day Operation
- Control Sales process activity to make sure the activity is on aligned with National Sales Strategy
- Ensure the quality of Sales process, to minimize fraud and Customer complain in Financial Services level & ABDM level
- Manage the overall manpower and resourcing plan based on Sales KPI
- Leadership & People Management
- Support Manager Promotion Panel (Manager Development Program) by developing “Financial Specialist” & ABDM to reach Empowering Level to fulfill Organization needed and support internal promotion program
- Coach and development detail sales activity strategy to Sales Managers and FS
- Personal Development
- Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to internal environment
- Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department & Academy
