    REQUIREMENT
    Age:  Max Age 35 years
    Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
    Language: Fluent in English is a must.
    Experience:Preferably manager/assistant manager in Manufacturing or Automotive. At Least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    Specification : Sales and Marketing (Aftermarket)
     
    QUALIFICATION
    • Demonstrated strong establishment and maintains high customer satisfaction levels especially for aftermarket service
    • Demonstrated strong relationships maintenance with key strategic partners an account services through sales achievement in the scope of aftermarket
    • Demonstrated strong relationships maintenance with distributor partner all area
    • Provide strong idea for product development and new sales coverage expansion
    • Deeply understanding basic finance
     
    RESPONSIBILITY                                                                                                                                                              
    Planning                                                                                                                                                          
    • Planning and implementing a specific sales target that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team                                                   
    • Long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting the progress            
    • Setting up yearly budget plan, and execute based on the approved budget composition              
    • Preparing the material promotion Aftermarket and production target time line                 
    •  Making HIRA and planning to do handling significant risk.                                            
    Organize                             
    • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the existing market and exploring new potential                                                                               
    • Maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
    • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls
    • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports                                                
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market       
    • Managing & analyzing objective, target & program / OTP ,Environment & Quality Objective
    • Able to manage the important work environment which relating to other people & department through relevant SOP (Company Standard Operation) & PK (Job Direction)           
    Implementing                                                                                                                  
    • Building a good relationship with customers key person of management level   
    • Researching and writing discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals   
    • By regular basis have an intelligence market up date                                                      
    Monitoring                                                                                        
    • Ensuring to meet the sales target and sales performance of each distributors, based on the target track                                                                                                                                                               
    • By regular basis monitor the market (competitors) price movement  to ensure the price positioning in  the right track                                                                                                                           
    • Setting up, monitoring and evaluating the sales campaign support of each area/distributor
    • Evaluating the sales performance of the existing distributor, while do enlarge the business opportunity in the new sales market areas                                                                                       
    • Creating and monitoring sales forecast of each distributors, and make evaluation of each sales result to prepare the necessary countermeasure
    Development of Human Capital                                                                              
    • Provide feedback on the result of performance of subordinate                                                
    • Provide motivation and development to increase productivity                                                  
    • Provide training and development program to increase competency of subordinate.
