- Ensuring to meet the sales target and sales performance of each distributors, based on the target track
- By regular basis monitor the market (competitors) price movement to ensure the price positioning in the right track
- Setting up, monitoring and evaluating the sales campaign support of each area/distributor
- Evaluating the sales performance of the existing distributor, while do enlarge the business opportunity in the new sales market areas
- Creating and monitoring sales forecast of each distributors, and make evaluation of each sales result to prepare the necessary countermeasure
- Provide feedback on the result of performance of subordinate
- Provide motivation and development to increase productivity
- Provide training and development program to increase competency of subordinate.
