WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR

JOB GOALS :    

• Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; supervising staff
• Maintain delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinating freight forwarding includes determining the expedition and route to ensure delivery is performed correctly, efficiently and acceptable to the customer according to the specified schedule.
• Collect the level of information (stock level), do regular stock count result and analyze the type and quantity of goods in the warehouse to control the accuracy of inventory data.
• Drafting policies and logistics Strategies & warehouse planning
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs

REPORT TO PRODUCTION COORDINATOR  

JOB QUALIFICATION :                      

• Diploma in Transportation Management from reputable Univ.
• At least  3 years experience in the same position
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
• Thorough knowledge  of Stock Management
• Good negotiation skills
• Strong organisation & Time Management
• Safety Management

• Basic Salary range  : 7M – 10M  (based on qualification)
