Description

• Build and develop financial strategies aligned with the organisation's business plan and support the company's short and long term objectives and market opportunities
• Manage investor relations & responsible for the company corporate finance activities including M&A, due diligence, etc
• Design and redesign the Finance systems and have ERP knowledge
• Maintain responsibility for financial operations, accounting, overall management, statutory and management reporting for internal and external stakeholders and drive the overall business performance
• Coach and mentor the team in order to achieve optimal results
• Review deep dives and system improvement plans
• Work closely with CEO and other C-level in planning corporate strategy and driving business growth

Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in accounting firm, banking, payment gateway industry
• Experience and knowledge in Financial Services industry is a must
• Experience in managing end to end fund raising process
• ERP system expertise
• Familiar with Indonesia finance regulation, especially banking/payment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal/communication skills
• Positive 'can-do' attitude and approach with strong team working/collaboration
• Have a good knowledge in financial closing cycle, financial reporting, consolidation and analysing and enhancing financial systems and controls
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organised
• Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firm is a plus
• Experience in a high-growth working environment is a plus
• Additional certification (Tax Brevet A&B, CPA, CA) is a plus
