• Develop and implement product strategy and pricing
• Lead and provide annual company's strategic plan
• Develop media products and packages
• Set up company's products and services
• Conduct market analysis to monitor challenges and strategies opportunities
• Monitor all client's campaigns
• Set up long terms initiatives with all department heads

Profile

You are expected to have a unique blend of technical and managerial skills combined with high levels of leadership .It is also crucial that you conduct yourself with high integrity and have an open, collaborative communication style. In order to be successful in applying, you must come with:

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in relevant field from reputable university

• Minimum 13 years in the media industry

• Passionate in the marketing and advertising fields

• High proficiency in English.

• International experience and exposure an advantage.

• Strong leadership and maturity

• Based permanently in Indonesia
