Job Requirements:
- Candidate maximum 35 year's old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience and Product Knowledge : Avaya , NICE and Genesys.
- Having good Communication skill for Presentation.
- Active in English both verbally and in writing.
- Good Attitude, Fast Learning and Self Motivated in teamwork.
- Able to work Under Pressure and Team Work.
Job Descriptions:
- Maintenance reminder and follow up with customers.
- Customer visit and discussion regarding projects and maintenance quality improvements.
- Contract handling with principles (start and end date).
- Customer support for data change in organization/system structure.
- Aanwizing support for account manager / sales.
- Review contracts and report to the supervisor regarding unusual contents of the Service Level Agreement & Scope of Work.
