STUDENT RECRUITMENT MANAGER

• Consult, advise and assist students to our PADP that suits their best interest
• Provide an accurate information about our institution partners and study options
• Obtain new leads and convert to new student enrollment
• Contribute new ideas for the marketing strategy and other promotional activities
• Involved in promotions, exhibition and school expos in/out of Jakarta
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy to increase enrollment
• Coordinate and increase sales through online or offline channels
• Evaluate the achievement of sales targets
• Carry out effective marketing strategies that are oriented towards achieving and increasing sales targets
• Provide guidance and problem solving to problems related to sales achievement
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, clients and vendors
• Coaching and evaluating the behavior and achievements of subordinates

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Sarjana/S1), preferably from Marketing Major.
• Working Experience in Marketing minimum 5 years in education areas
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, but also comfortable working in a team
• Able to supervise the staff
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Willing to travel for training and marketing activities purposes
