Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan implementasi dan konfigurasi sesuai requirement dan memastikan proses dapat berjalan dengan lancar
- Melakukan analisa kebutuhan klien untuk mendapatkan solusi yang sesuai
- Explore modul ITSM yang berkaitan dengan infrastruktur
- Menyelesaikan hasil proyek / deliverable dan proyek yang sedang di implementasikan
Persyaratan:
- Pendidikan Sarjana IT, Ilmu Komputer, atau disiplin terkait lainnya
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di area IT
- Memahami konsep dan konfigurasi Server (Linux/Windows) dan perangkat Network
- Lebih diprioritaskan jika memiliki pengetahuan (Java Script, API, Web Service, AD/LDAP)
- Mengetahui konsep IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, berpikir logis dan bermotivasi tinggi
- Memahami dan pernah mengunakan tools network
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan maupun tulisan dengan bahasa inggris

- Mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Berpikir analitik, positif dan berperilaku baik
- Mampu bekerja keras dalam jadwal yang ketat
- Bertanggungjawab, komunikatif, cepat belajar, proaktif, dan dapat bekerjasama dalam team
