JOB SUMMARY :
- Day to day maintain machine and company's technology
- Responsible for service of vacuum pump and vacuum technology systems (evaporation machine) on the customer site with good services and make a good relationship with customer
- Propose some exact parts and components that customer needed as a solution of machine problem
- Sharing knowledge to customer about how to maintenance of vacuum pump and systems
- Support Customer in troubleshooting
- Conduct repair and maintenance machine
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Min. Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering major
- Language: English Intermediate Level
- Experience: 5 years as Service Engineer or related position
- Preferably good understanding and knowledge about vacuum pump
