SALES ENGINEER

Job Description

• Providing pre-sales and technical support for the development and application of the products to meet customer requirements
• Involving on technical clarification meetings and provide technical presentasion to customer
• Qualifying request for quotation and offering the best application and solutions to customer
• Participate in business forecast to achieve company's target,
• Handle all inquiries from Sales team,
• Assist sales activities (correspondence, customer contract, handling complaint, tender documentation, etc)
• Responsible for order processing and ensure products to be delivered as per schedule
• Follow up, visit and monitor customer activities
• Provide detailed weekly plan through CTP customer database
  • Provide a detail daily visit report through CTP customer database
  • To refresh the quotation status in CTP through quotation database
  • Prepare comprehensive draft quotations, faxes and letters
  • Provide detail lost orders reports
  • Achieve the preset yearly sales targets

Requirements

• The candidate must possess at least Diploma degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical, Material science, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding, Mechatronic/Electromechanical or equivalent. Bachelor degree is preferred
• Required skills(s): English, famililar with Microsofoffice (Excel, Words, PowerPoints, Outlook, Visio etc), Design tools (e.g Auto CAD), Fluid Dynamics, Material Science andManufacturing
• Fresh Graduate is welcome, or 1-2 years in relevant experience of sales and familiarity to sounds engineering in the pump or machining industries, are preferred
• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record sales and knowledge of technology
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding to customer base
• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emailsand when submitting reports
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
• Must be prepared for extensive travel
• Living around Bekasi area is preferred
