A role as Qualitative Director is now open and will become the main driving force to ensure a high project quality and business performance for the company.

Description

The role has some key responsibilities as shown below:

• Lead the local team while conducting a high quality of market analysis, and liaise with the global team to improve the business processes
• Ensure the business development by mastering end-to-end work flow and formulate an account plan to achieve the organizations objective with coordination with Client Organization Department
• Monitor and analyze the profitability of services, including the advise on budgeting and potential investment
• Be involved in the full cycle of contract management and responsible in ensuring your team is alligned with the project progress and activities
• In charge of developing the people in your team, evaluating the people, and facilitate the training on the services/product, market, and competition
• Consolidating relevant information related to the team he/she is in charge on, to represent a the company services comprehensively

Profile

This role is based in Jakarta with possibilities to travel depending on client sites location. For this role, you need to have a proven track record in market research and strong industry knowledge. We are looking for candidate with an excellent client relationship, business, and people management to fill this director role. You must posses a strategic thinking skill, well-leadership thought, and able to demonstrate these functions to achieve business success amid the dynamic competition in the market.

• At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles
• Strong analytic approach (particularly in qualitative method) in looking at the market in different sectors not limited to a particular industry
• Demonstrate an ability to execute an end-to-end delivery work flow and make sure the team performance remains high to deliver the high quality work
• A skill to develop and communicate effectively with external network to achieve more business opportunities
• A collaborative working mindset with local and global team, within an international environment
