Description
You are expected to be passionate about how the power of financial can change one's lives and is well-served in design approaches and methodologies. Other responsibilities include:
- Developing solutions that represent the needs of the women customers and to drive the solutions that is impactful and scalable.
- Supporting the team both local and regional by providing advisory services.
- Designing, and developing commercially viable solutions and ensuring the roll out of the solutions.
- Leading the design engagements from the customer behavioural lense.
- Conducting market research to ideation, solution development, prototyping, user testing and project piloting.
- Facilitating design ideation, prototyping and user testing sessions.
- Utilising best practise and methodologies in behavioural and inclusion design.
- Actively involved in project management activities which is customer research, gathering and analysing data, collecting marketing intelligence, conducting competitors
- Developing strong understanding of the context of financial inclusion in order to develop the solutions.
- Developing and maintaining excellent client relationship and also internal team (regional and globally).
- Participating in various project activities such as market research, customer research, product designing, program assessment, marketing, IT set up, operations.
- Building the understanding of the financial services and fin-tech environment, key players, competitors
Profile
The successful applicant must have excellent communicator in both Bahasa and English and have to be passionate in their mission. Other requirement includes:
- Undergraduate degree from reputable universities, majoring in Design Business Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Fin-Tech / E-commerce / Digital Financial Services, Consulting, Banking with exposure in roles such as Product / Strategy / User Experience / Business Design.
- Demonstrated experience in human-centered design and/or behavioural design.
- Working experience using various research methodologies (qualitative, quantitative data analysis and statistics).
- Track record in project management, managing multiple clients or projects.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and ability to work remotely in an international set up.
- Ability to work in a problem-solving environment with good time-management skill.
- Willingness to travel.
