Managing purchase, supplier development, administering and developing purchase system for the new project development
Client Details
Our client is a part of well-established company. To cope with their new project development, they are currently looking for Procurement Manager to join dynamic team
Description
- Reporting to the Project Director, you will develop procurement strategies in various categories such as construction, fit out, FF&E, consultancy service, operating equipment, etc
- You will manage supplier relationship and tendering process, contract review, evaluate suppliers performance, and ensure processes and procedures are in compliance to the company's corporate governance
- You will work closely with business partners in Finance, Operations and other business units to drive continuous improvement
- Formulate procurement policy and strategies to close deals with optimal terms
- Monitor suppliers' key performance indicator (cost, quality & fulfilment rate)
- Take up ad-hoc projects/initiatives as assigned
Profile
- You will have minimum of 15 years relevant work experience from Property & Construction industry
- You will be a degree holder and a qualified Quantity Surveyor from recognized institute
- Language skills in English is a must
- You will be a strong communicator who can influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
