Based in the plant in Central Java, the Packaging Development Manager is responsible to lead the end-to-end new product development process. He/she must have good leadership and Project Management skills to manage lots of clients' requirement.

Description
Based in the plant in Central Java, the Packaging Development Manager is responsible to lead the end-to-end new product development process. He/she must have good leadership and Project Management skills to manage lots of clients' requirement.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop the strategy, roadmap, goals and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and high-quality projects
- Lead multiple projects and ensure all processes are completed within the assigned timeline
- Build strong relationship with customer to win new businesses, understand their requirement and resolve any issues or complains
- Mentor and develop talents in the team, manage KPIs and conduct performance reviews
- Have high understanding towards the packaging manufacturing process and assist technical problems related with the new product development
- Execute annual budget and capital plan
Profile
The successful candidate must have experience working as Packaging Development Manager in either Printing / Flexible Packaging
Other requirements include:
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Engineering Material Science or other related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills
