JOB SUMMARY :
- Be the key owner for the product Customer Acquisition and Retention strategy for Indonesia
- Develop, scale and continuously optimize Performance Marketing Channels (Facebook, Google, Ad Networks, ...) to attract high quality new app users efficiently
- Develop top class Mobile CRM Channels (push notifications, in-app notifications, SMS) to enhance experience along the entire customer journey
- Work in partnership with Tech and Business Intelligence Teams to develop a solid data and A/B testing infrastructure
- Identify new technologies and initiatives to continuously up our digital Marketing game
- Other related tasks
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing major or related major
- Language: English Business Level
- Experience: 2-4 years in online performance marketing
- Previous experience in managing and optimizing a sizeable Marketing budget
- Experience in paid app install campaigns (esp. Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Solid knowledge of Mobile CRM (esp. push notifications and in-app messages)
- Familiar with main tools used for Mobile Marketing and CRM (Eg. Appsflyer, Google analytics, Braze, Clevertap, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical background, combined with significant project management and communication skills
