OCEAN MANAGER

Job Description:

• Responsible for all aspects and profitability of the Ocean Freight product
• Responsible for the implementation of the Corporate / Regional Strategy liaise with the counterparts s to identify synergies and evaluate further development opportunities
• Leadership role in supporting, guiding, fostering and maintaining a disciplined and motivated team
• To actively identify and develop talent in the organization to lead the organization into a future of growth in a socially conscious, humane, environmentally responsible and financially rewarding manner that will add value to shareholders and owners of the Company
• Responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the departments located at the office
• Plan, integrate, oversee and develop all departments with individual department managers to achieve class and industry leading services
• Work with global representatives in aligning Indonesia's targets with global policies in the preferred carrier programs, tonnage budget numbers, and tariffs implementation

Job Qualification:

• Maximal age 45 years old
• Having PPJK certificate is A MUST
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager in related field
