The Marketing and Promotions Manager will
- Work with the Head of Marketing to design, implement and manage targeted promotions.
- Recruit, Train, Mentor and effectively manage marketing and promotional staff, ensuring that the team achieves their individual and team targets, in line with company expectations.
- Manage all Related Marketing and Promotions activity.
Requirements:
- Must be creative, have a great imagination and be able to design promotions
- Must have a proven experience in a similar field
- Target and results orientate
- Must be able to manage budgets
- Able to work under pressure and on target
- Be able to speak english
- Self Motivated and Reliable
- Must be able to manage large teams of staff
- Must be able to Micro manage where required
- Must be report orientated
- Must have strong task management skills
- Able to get to work on time
- Must be able to work the required number days in the week to achieve success in the role.
