Description
The Marketing Lead will be responsible in crafting, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies across all channels, offline and online
- Establish a strong brand positioning in the market
- Develop and implement strong competitive strategy
- Build, establish, and strengthen company's brand towards target customers and stakeholders
- Lead and drive brand communication to deliver strong key propositions towards customers
- Develop strong acquisition and retention strategy towards customers
Profile
The role is only open for Indonesian, with strong track record in handling end to end marketing. To seize this opportunity, you should be/have:
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic growth and marketing position
- Strong track record in building a brand
- Strong business acumen and customer driven mindset
- Excellent marketing taste with interest within financial technology, especially in investment
- Experience in leading a team, with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional track record in develop and implement marketing strategy to meet company's objectives
- Strong communication skills (in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written)
