PURPOSE

- Handling hardware services (PC, Notebook, Printer, Scanner, UPS,etc)
- Handling helpdesk call and trouble shouting / troubleshooting for basic level
- Hardware Installation
- Input and update KPI / TicketingAsset administration (including maintenance and update PC, Notebook, Printer, etc)
- Problem Solving (Basic level)
- Software Installation
- Hardware Services
- Other Technical task
