Job Description:
- Drafting, preparing, and processing legal documents such as RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc for foreigners/expatriat.
- Understands about law and government regulation, especially in foreigner permit, business, and corporate.
Requirements:
- HAS GOOD RELATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH BKPM
- HAS GOOD RELATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS (Depnaker, Imigrasi, PTSP, etc)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Able to work under deadline and result oriented.
- Critical, has strong analytical thinking, and good dedicated.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years (s) Work experience in the field of consultancy process of company establishment permit, residence & work permit of foreigner.
