Junior Project Coordinator/CI Lead

Requirement:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or Marketing
• Full color vision is an essential
• Having Yellow and Green Lean Manufacturing belt certifications.
• No restrictions in manual handling             
• Good communication, Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Advance skill in Ms. Office with intermediate math skill
• Customer-oriented with pleasant personality, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Lead by example, has great team work with people at all level of the organization and diverse culture.
• Possess valid driving license and own transport is an added advantage

Responsibility:

• Report to General Manager and Regional CI Leader
• Participate in creating safety culture in workplace.
• Comply with quality procedure.
• Ensure all action and behavior are in line with company value.
• Lead project management, and provide technical support for external and internal.
• Participate in and/or lead local continuous improvement/Expansion/Kaizen teams.
• Develop and support a data-driven culture of continuous improvement. Regularly work with Regional CI team and implement process improvements.
• Uses available ERP systems to identify and recommend projects that will impact improvement on the KPIs.
