Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources Management, Pshycology, or law
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Men or women, Maximum 35 years old
• Experience in contract implementation and monitoring
• Proficient in Ms. Office, Gdocs, dan digital literacy
• Knowledge about the legal document company
• Handle local and expatriate registrations, such as Visa, Working Permit, etc
• Prepare document administration and follow up clients regarding visa process
• Excellent in English
• Good teamwork and time management
• Administration and filling document
• Highly self motivated with the ability to work under pressure
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and systematic
• Good communicaton and interpersonal skill
• Excellent skill about Interview candidate, scoring test and psychological test

Responsibilities : 

• Responsible to input and update all employee data
• Responsible to all HR administration duties
• Any HR-related inquiries (Absence recording, leave, day off & holiday recording system)
• Assisting to employee benefits, policies, & procedures
• Collaborate with department head on a regular basis and proactively identify current future hiring needs
• Conducting psychological test, interview and filtering candidates for open positions and coordinating and arrange interviews with the hiring head
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Analyse the training needs of all staff within the organization
• Set up and continually improving of a human resources development strategy to improve knowledge, skill and abilities

NB :

• Required to relocate to another country 
• Working Visa will be provided by company
• Salary start 10 million – 30 milion+ (depends on your experience and skill)
• Perfomance Bonus and long term career prospect
• Housing + allowance meal are provided by company
