- Dapat bekerja sesuai target
- Melakukan Jobfair
Kualifikasi:
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Psikologi, IPK minimal 2.75
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Recruitment
- Menguasai berbagai alat tes psikologi
- Mempunyai skill interview dengan baik
- Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak terkait recruitmen/HRD guna pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM dengan baik
- Aktif, Teliti, Ulet, Inovatif, Inisiatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan team
- Jujur, tegas dan berkelakuan baik
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris (min. pasif)
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Word & Ms. Excel)
- Penempatan di Head Office - Jakarta Pusat
