We are looking for a Head of Fixed Sales for a securities firm to be based in Jakarta. The candidate will be expected to be in charge for the whole Indonesian Fixed Income Sales Division. - Main responsibility would be increasing the goverment and corporate bonds trading flow
- Lead and motivate the Fixed Income sales team division
- Drive the strategy direction of the division
- Expand and develop the business amongst institutional clients
Profile
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Services Industry as sales role. Previous experience in Securities company is desired
- In-depth knowledge of Fixed Income Products and Debt Capital Market instruments
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Savvy and effective communication skills both in English and Bahasa, strong leadership skills
- Strong network within Indonesian institutional key players
- WPPE is required
