Head of People will be leading the entire HR / People Department while also acting as a strategic business partner to management team in achieving business objectives through
a strong leadership skills and capabilities in establishing and driving the people agenda, particularly in the expansion plan.

Description
Main Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Managing and driving the HR/People department to support business objectives through effective and performing people department.
- Play a critical role to drive and lead the expansion plan through strategic and effective talent acquisition and attraction process, enhancing end to end recruitment and employer branding strategies and execution.
- Strategic partner to the business with regards to Talent agenda and HR operations.
- Develop effective people operations processes including strategic human resources development.
- Enhancing culture and employee engagement through a strong and impactful people agenda across all businesses.
Profile
Successful candidate of Head of People, MUST HAVE the following proven track record:
- At least 7-10 years of human resources/people working experiences having well-rounded exposures across both HR operations such as talent acquisition & management and HRBP.
- At least 5 years of solid track record hands-on in recruitment - both/either as external and/or internal recruiter covering all levels from junior to senior executive positions with end-to-end exposure.
- Proven track record in strategic recruitment combined with strong commercial thinking as People/HR partner to the business.
- Proven track record in developing a systematic HR processes and people agenda aligned with business objectives.
- Strong exposures working in dynamic, agile and fast-paced industries with both recruitment and HRBP coverage.
- Preferably with track record working in start-up, FMCG/retails, e-commerce, or technology driven sector.
- Proven track record in strong stakeholders management, solid managerial skills in leading a team, and true strategic people partner to the business.
- Strong communication skills.
