JOB SUMMARY :
- Lead a team of engineering supervisors and shift engineers to diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns, assessing the best course of action and conducting a root cause investigation to eliminate the likelihood of re-occurrence.
- Project lead for all installations, overhaul of equipment and plant, working with suppliers to ensure they deliver on time, on budget and with minimum disruption
- Ensure that all projects are engineered to scope, budget and relevant standard and regulatory compliance.
- Upholding GMP engineering standards across site, 3rd party technical customer audits & statutory inspections are passed any non-conformance are closed out with root cause analysis to avoid repeat failure.
- Setup an effective Engineering planning function, leading the development of Job Libraries and codifying repairs.
- Other related tasks.
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering major
- Language: English Business Level
- Experience: 7 years in maintenance of food manufacturing industry
- FMCG industry is highly needed (Flour, sugar, corn, rice, salt, etc.)
- Strong experiences in managing people in factory directly
- Advance Computer Skill (MS office, spreadsheet, database, draw program, publishing program)
