JOB SUMMARY :
- Oversee the implementation of the Work Program.
- Handle operations, building maintenance, other infrastructure facilities, etc.
- Responsible for the comfort, safety, service, work facilities of employees, and the surrounding environment
- Prepare company legal materials, especially if new regulations occur in connection with the line of business that is carried out while still referring to the company's rules and regulations in general.
- Carry out negotiations with the company's external agencies related to data and other agreements, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Other related tasks.
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Bachelor Degree any major
- Language: Japanese Business Level (JLPT N2). English Intermediate Level
- Experience: 5 years handle HR, GA & Legal field
