- Max 34 years old.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication, high initiative and good attitude.
- Good knowledge of production machine & automation (packaging machine, labeler, oven, etc)
- Good electrical knowledge.
- Create SOP, Work Instruction and related documents in engineering.
- Required Skill(s): create matrix for all engineering staff, conduct training.
- Reduce waste on engineering proses.
- Managing kaizen on the shop floor and working area.
- Deep analysis to prevent problem recurrence to create FMEA.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Placement at Deltamas, Cikarang.
