Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or Mechanical Engineering, mn GPA : 2.75
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, trainer skill, TPM skill
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) experience as technical competency trainer and industrial/lean engineer
- Applicants must be willing to work in CITEUREUP-BOGOR.
- Preferably Industrial/ specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.

Job Description:
- Implement TPM Strategy and strengthen technical training competency in the plant
- Design modules and training activity for TPM and technical training activity
- Create and monitoring the TPM training schedule
- Support the TPM training document and procedure
- TPM and technical trainer
- Support 5S system
- Providing coordination with the global lean department and reporting
- Committee meeting (TPM)
- Prepare and coordinate the TPM week session with Consultant
- Monitoring the effectiveness of Focused Improvement and Planned Maintenance Activities
- Monitoring the loss cost matrix progress
- Coordinate the Focused Improvement event (Continuous Improvement)
- Direct and support personnel in working area in order to contribute to effectivity of SHE regulation implementation
- Monitor SHE performance in the related working area
- Participate in formal and informal SHE discussion, work visit, audit, inspection, and other SHE activity
- Involve in solving SHE issue in the related work area and coordinate with responsible party
- Review all accident/incident and environment contamination caused by company activity, prepare report if necessary, with related responsible party to have improvement action plan
- Review SHE report and take necessary action
