- Have CCNA certification will be an advantage
- Experienced in implementing Cisco routers and switches will be an advantage
- Experienced in implementing enterprise firewall, bandwidth management and internet proxy server will be an advantage
- Having technical knowledge about the deployment of WLAN in enterprise environments (Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco) will be advantage
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication and able to work as part of a team
- Able to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitude

- Installation, configuration of the device and Troubleshoot devices
- Check customer devices for damage and update configurations to prevent damage and operation failure
- For Engineer Maintenance EOS - Attendance, monitoring customer devices, serving customer questions and complaints
- Make report monthly
