The responsibility :
- Set up,implement, execute and manage digital activities to recruit and maintain online affiliates to support company's sales growth
- To hire and manage additional staff growth as volume of activities grow
- Based on day to day development, recommend tactical activities to support the business growth.
The job is a multi functional in nature and require a candidate to be :
- Versatile and self-starter, and willing to take on challenges of leading the company into a relatively new marketing field of online affiliate management
- Able to deal with people within and outside the company with different background and discipline
- Good understanding of digital marketing.
The right person with proven record within the company will become the director equivalent to be in charge of the company's whole business development activities, and will be rewarded with profit sharing opportunities.
